Tenants Standard Fees

Holding Deposit Paying a holding deposit (up to a maximum of 1 week's rent) for the property you are applying for, which will stop the property from being viewed by other applicants (however, the property may still remain advertised as references pending). Paying the holding deposit allows us to start your referencing and the admin to prepare the tenancy. Once the referencing procedure is complete and all checks have passed, the holding deposit can either be returned to the applicant or applied to the first month's rent or deposit. This holding deposit is to include the following • Referencing (Includes previous landlord reference, employment/accountant/bank reference. • Administration • Tenancy Agreement Initial Fees – Sign up • First month's rent • Security Deposit (up to a maximum of 5 weeks' rent) Please contact the agent directly for any further fees which may be applicable.

Landlord's Standard Fees

Full Management 13% VAT (15.5% inclusive)

Rent Collection 10% VAT (12% inclusive)

Both of the above services incur the following initial set-up fee of £395 plus VAT (£472 inclusive) to include:

  • Tenant find
  • Inventory
  • Check in / out report
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Admin
  • Registering the deposit

Let Only First months rent VAT to include:

  • Tenant find
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Admin

Company Let Fees:

Renting to Companies (Non Assured Shorthold Tenancies)

  • £420.00 (including VAT) to include the following:
  • Referencing Fee
  • Tenancy Agreement
  • Admin Fee
