Holding Deposit
Paying a holding deposit (up to a maximum of 1 weeks rent) for the property you are applying for, which will stop the property from being viewed by other applicants (however the property may still remain advertised as references pending). By paying the holding deposit it allows us to start your referencing and the admin to prepare the tenancy. Once the referencing procedure is completed and all checks have passed, the holding deposit can either be returned to the applicant, or put towards the first months' rent or deposit.
